How to Contact Support
Live Chat & Help Center
Customers can access our Live Chat and Help Center by clicking the chat button in the lower‑right corner of the Legion Security App.
When clicked, a pop‑up window appears where you can:

Submitting a New Ticket
For tasks such as integration setup, you can submit a ticket directly through Live Chat using the Ticket Submission panel at the bottom of the Home tab.
Tip: Be sure to complete any prerequisites listed in the submission form—tickets can’t be created until all required information is provided.
Ticket Tracking
All of your open and historical tickets are visible in your personal Ticketing Hub inside the Trust Center.

Troubleshooting the Live Chat Widget
If you are logged into https://app.legionsecurity.ai and either don’t see the live‑chat icon or receive a “Recaptcha Failed” error, you may have a browser extension or setting that blocks third‑party cookies or trackers (e.g., PrivacyBadger, NoScript, or Firefox Strict Mode).
Live Chat requires allowing cookies and scripts for the following domains:
*.segment.com
*.recaptcha.net
*.intercomcdn.com
*.auth0.com
If you are unable to enable these domains, try another browser or email [email protected] for further assistance.
